The Brutal Truth: How We Operate.
We do not hide behind legal jargon. 4MORE operates four specialized channels. The rules of engagement change depending on where you buy. Read them carefully.
General & Shipping
Do you blind-dropship from overseas?+
Never. We are a Canadian liquidation operation. Every single item listed across our four channels has been physically received, inspected, and graded by a human at our Ontario facility before being listed.
Why is my checkout button locked?+
To keep our liquidation prices mathematically viable, we require a $35.00 CAD order minimum to process shipments. Shipping a single $5 commodity item costs us more in labor and postage than the item is worth. Add more items to your cart to unlock checkout.
How do I know what condition an item is in?+
We use a strict 4-Grade system: A (Sealed/Like New), B (Minor Wear), C (Major Wear), D (Salvage). We document defects and missing parts directly on the product page. You never have to guess. Read our Master Grade Guide here.
●Pay4more (Retail)
What is Pay4more?+
Pay4more is our fixed-price retail channel. It features Grade A and Grade B inventory priced up to 90% off standard retail. The price you see is the price you pay. No bidding, no waiting.
What is the Pay4more Return Policy?+
Strict 3-Day Window. Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of pickup or delivery ONLY if the item is functionally defective or grossly misrepresents its stated condition grade.
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong sizes, or expected cosmetic box damage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong sizes, or expected cosmetic box damage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are prices negotiable on Pay4more?+
If an item has been listed for a certain amount of time, you may see a "Make an Offer" button. Our system will automatically accept, reject, or counter your offer based on our margin floors.
●Bin4more (Clearance)
What is Bin4more?+
Bin4more is our high-volume clearance channel. Prices start at $15 on Friday and drop daily to $3 on Thursday. It is built for fast deal-hunting.
Can I return an item bought from Bin4more?+
No. 100% Final Sale. Bin4more operates on razor-thin margins to give you absolute rock-bottom pricing. Because of this, absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
How long do I have to pick up my Bin4more order?+
72 Hours. Once your order is marked "Ready for Pickup," you have exactly 72 hours to collect it from our Oakville facility. If you fail to pick it up, the items will be restocked and your order will be cancelled.
●Bid4more (Auctions)
What is Bid4more?+
Bid4more is our in-house auction platform for unique items, mixed lots, and high-value inventory. You bid against other buyers, and the market determines the final price.
Can I return an auction win?+
No. 100% Final Sale. All auction bids are binding contracts. Items are sold as-is, where-is. We provide detailed condition notes and photos before you bid. No refunds or chargebacks are accepted on auction wins.
What is the pickup SLA for auctions?+
14 Days. You have exactly 14 days from the moment your auction invoice is paid and staged to pick up your items. If you abandon your items past 14 days, they will be legally forfeited, restocked or discarded, and your bidding account will be flagged.
●Fix4more (Salvage)
What is Fix4more?+
Fix4more is our salvage and repair channel. We sell Grade D (Broken/Untested/Incomplete) inventory strictly to DIYers, refurbishers, and parts resellers.
Will 4MORE fix the item for me before I buy it?+
No. We do not offer repair services to buyers on this channel. We sell the broken items at salvage value; you fix them and keep the margin.
Can I return a Fix4more item if I cannot repair it?+
No. All sales are final. Every item on Fix4more is explicitly marked as Grade D Salvage. There are zero exceptions for returns. Do not buy from this channel if you are not prepared to accept the risk.
