By accessing or using any 4More platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platforms.

You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the platforms for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platforms or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platforms
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data

All products sold through 4More are liquidation, overstock, returned, or open-box goods. Item conditions are disclosed using our standardized grading system. For full details, see our Item Conditions & Sales Channels page.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items. However, minor variations may occur. Product photos show the actual item being sold unless otherwise noted.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product availability is not guaranteed — items may sell out at any time.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review the policy before making a purchase.

All content on our platforms — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of 4More Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4More Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platforms or the purchase of any products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4More Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our platforms or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
